The problem

Christian75 needed to turn a broad faith-and-discipline concept into a focused daily product, then support the unglamorous systems that make a consumer subscription app measurable and operable after launch.

The approach

The useful work was not a single feature. It was designing the full path, making the tradeoffs visible, and carrying it through rollout.

  1. 01

Owned the product experience, native SwiftUI implementation direction, subscription model, releases, and ongoing iteration.

  2. 02

Integrated subscription management, product analytics, attribution, cloud-backed sharing, widgets, and test coverage.

  3. 03

Used production behavior and revenue signals to evaluate onboarding, completion, retention, and monetization rather than treating launch as the finish line.

  4. 04

Worked with a marketing-focused cofounder while solely owning product and technical delivery.

What changed

Published a native consumer product to the App Store.

Reached real users and active paying subscribers.

Established recurring revenue and a measurable operating loop for future product decisions.

Evidence boundary

The live App Store listing is public.

Adoption, subscription, and revenue metrics are maintained in a private dated evidence record.

Any numeric metric shown in hiring material is refreshed immediately before publication.
