AI-native technical product lead
I turn messy work into systems that ship.
I combine frontline sales experience, workflow discovery, system design, and AI-native delivery to take an ambiguous operating problem from conversation to adoption.
Discovery, architecture, implementation, rollout, training, and continued improvement.
Live products with users, subscriptions, integrations, and ongoing operational responsibility.
How I work
Technical enough to build. Close enough to the customer to build the right thing.
My strongest work sits between people and systems. I learn how the work actually happens, model the moving parts, make the tradeoffs, and stay accountable after launch. AI tools increase the amount I can ship; they do not replace judgment, verification, or ownership.
Discover the real workflow
Interview the people doing the work, surface the actual handoffs and failure points, and translate ambiguity into a system people can use.
Design the operating system
Model the lifecycle, data, permissions, automations, and customer experience before implementation hardens the wrong assumptions.
Ship, train, and improve
Move from prototype to production, bring users with the change, then keep learning from real operation.
Selected systems
Proof in production, not hypothetical exercises.
Replacing spreadsheet operations with a system the company still runs on.
An end-to-end Zoho CRM transformation shaped by firsthand sales experience and direct workflow discovery across every department.

AI-native by design
The tool changed. Responsibility did not.
Since February 2026, I have leaned fully into AI-assisted delivery. I remain responsible for defining the problem, directing the work, reviewing architecture, testing behavior, shipping releases, and explaining every important decision.
Start with the customer and the operating reality.
Give AI tools deep context, explicit constraints, and testable outcomes.
Inspect behavior and failure modes instead of trusting generated output.
Own adoption, production operation, and the next iteration.
The next system
Looking for a team with a hard problem and high standards.
I am most useful where customer reality, product judgment, and technical delivery have to meet: deployment, solutions, implementation, and AI-enabled operating systems.
